Imagine my surprise when I opened the entranceway to the guestroom I have been assigned, and there was a family group (parents and a small child) inside! I apologized, and returned to leading desk. One of the real estate agents called the guestroom to request the name of the visitor in the area.

She then apologized to the individual who had solved the telephone; however, She was thought by me build was more matter-of-fact than sincere, and no one apologized to me. I noticed the brokers talking as though this was not the first time this got occurred. Leading desk agent didn’t recognize my status or thank me for being a loyal member. The guestroom was an average extended or professional type Holiday Inn Express guestroom.

It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We didn’t hear any sound from outside the guestroom, or from the ground above. I am uncertain if this acquired more regarding the fact that the hotel had not been very full, than it did with the soundproofing quality of the available room.

The spacious bathroom included a long vanity with mirror, standard Holiday Inn Express bathroom amenities, and a minimal quaility hairdryer. The bathtub/shower combination experienced a curved rod with a shower drape. The closet in the entry had a mirrored door, and an iron was included by it, ironing table, and bed linens on the shelf.

The drink area close to the entry included a kitchen sink, coffee maker with supplies, microwave, and small refrigerator. The living area appeared as if the photos on the hotel website: sofa, coffee desk, end tables, lights, soft chair, and desk with chair against the wall structure next to the drink center. The chair at the desk in the living area was a table chair, like the one in the bed room area.

= $ a king was included by =p>The bedroom, suitcase bench, flatscreen TV on an armoire, chair and desk, soft chair, night stands, and lights. The bed was more comfortable than some Holiday Inn Expresses I have remained in. The only problem in the guestroom was the TV. The TV channels was not programmed, and the procedure wouldn’t normally complete whenever we attempted to repair this successfully.

Engineering set it while we were eliminated that evening. The engineer noticed us speaking with the agents at the front end desk about this when we were on our way to avoid it. He talked around for an instant, and he had remaining an email in the guestroom when we came back. He was the most professional employee we encountered at this hotel. Also, the TV was not noticeable from the couch comfortably.

The Web connection speed in the guestroom was very good. The guestroom was well lit with a lot of electrical outlet stores. I did not go down for breakfast time, although my husband brought me back a cheesy omelet, which tasted fine. We had brought our very own coffee, since I really do not like the grade of the Smart Roast espresso at Holiday Inn Express.
